| Start and End Colors The Outline, Fill, and Multiple inspectors provide you with Start and End color controls. The default start color is black; the default end color is white. The colors in the fill or other effects will be distributed between the start and end colors according to the selected Blend method. | ||||||||

| LOGARITHMIC The top color well controls the start color, and the bottom well controls the end color. To load a color into one of these wells, click on the edge of the well to activate it. A well's edge (border) is white when it is activated. Then choose the color you want from the NeXT color panel. Or, you can take a color from the color display in the NeXT color panel and drop it into one of the color wells. Click on one of the four Blend method buttons to set the type of gradation. Click on the Flip colors button to reverse the start and end colors. | ||||||||
