Levels of undo - Enter the number of levels of undo that you wish to be able undo in this textfield. The higher the number, the greater your ability to "walk back" over your changes, but more memory is required, especially for changes to large images. If you are finding Create to be a memory hog, reduce the number to 4 or 5.

Default Save Path - Use the Set button to choose a directory for Create to automatically go to when you save a document or create a new one. This is useful for managing your files, especially if you create subdirectories in the Default Save Path for each category of drawing you may have.

Object Handles - The color well controls the color of the handles or "knobs" on a selected graphic object. The Size textfield controls their size. If you are having trouble selecting a handle, increase this.

Default line width - This is the point size of newly of the outline of newly created graphics (if the Outline inspector is not providing another setting). By default, it's .5 pixels, which makes a nice fine line. Decrease to .15 for hairlines, increase as desired .

Draw only outlines when locked - When this option is checked, just the outlines of any locked objects will be drawn. If your Create document includes complex graphics which normally take a long time to redraw, you can lock graphics in an outline form, thus decreasing the time it will take to redraw the locked graphics. Any graphics that you then lock will be imaged as an outline. You can then make other changes to your document while still viewing the outline of the graphic, but the memory normally used to redraw the locked objects will be freed. If you do not want your locked objects to appear as outlines, then unclick this option.
